How fast does internet start after payment?
Between 5 and 30 seconds after the customer confirms M-Pesa payment, their device is automatically allowed through the router.
Where does the money go?
Directly to your M-Pesa business number. SmartKembo never holds your customer payments. We only charge the monthly subscription fee.
What happens when a customer's time expires?
The system automatically disconnects them. They need to buy a new package to reconnect. No manual action needed from you.
Can I change my package prices?
Yes, anytime. Log into your dashboard, go to Packages and update prices or add new ones. Changes take effect immediately.
What if I want to stop using the service?
Simply stop paying the monthly fee. Your account suspends automatically. No contracts, no cancellation fees, no paperwork.
